The TS TET 2025 exam is divided into two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper comprises 150 MCQs for 150 marks. The exam duration for each paper shall be 2.5 hours. Each question paper carries 1 mark and there shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.

TS TET Qualifying Marks 2025
The TS TET Qualifying Marks are the minimum scores to be achieved by the candidates to pass the exam. Those who obtain scores above or equivalent to the qualifying marks in the individual and overall section are considered TS TET qualified.
Candidates belonging to the general category must obtain at least 60% marks or above, BCs category candidates must obtain at least 50% marks or above and candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must obtain at least 40% marks or above.
